We inspect our products carefully for defects before shipment.

We do not have a warranty on our products however, we stand by the quality of all items sold online and at our Pop Up Shops.

Please contact info@mkjewelries.com for further information regarding damaged/faulty items. We advised you inspect your products upon arrival and contact within 24hrs upon reciept with pictures or videos of any faulty product.

Please understand that we CAN NOT restock items once they leave our stock, Therefore ALL sales are FINAL:

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, we will send you a confirmation email that includes your tracking number so that you can follow the progress of your shipment.

WHAT DO I DO IF MY PACKAGE SAYS DELIVERED, BUT I DID NOT RECEIVE?

 Ace Jewelry is not responsible for orders LOST OR STOLE, incorrect mailing address/change of mailing address or unclaimed packages. We ship to the address provided at checkout.

Once an order is shipped we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or packages damaged in transit. Should you experience any of these issues please file a claim with USPS.
